Information you provide
The request form collects trip locations and timing, passenger and service needs, contact details, notes, and your request-terms and optional SMS choices. Airport requests can also include airline, flight, terminal, and meeting preferences.
How it is used
The information is used to check availability, estimate and plan the route, prepare a quote, communicate about the request and ride, operate the trip, process authorized payments, and keep required business and audit records.
Service providers
Mapping, email, SMS, hosting, and payment providers receive the information needed to perform their part of the service. Card details are entered in provider-hosted fields; raw card numbers are not stored by this application.
Private links
Ride and payment pages use high-entropy links tied to one record and purpose. Treat those links like a password: do not forward them, and contact the driver if one may have been shared.
