Optional text messages about ride requests, bookings, and payment follow-up.
Consent is optional.
Checking the SMS box authorizes Rabin Test Rides to send transactional texts about the request and any resulting ride. Consent to texts is not required to request or purchase service; email remains available.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with the request and ride. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to stop texts to that phone number. Reply HELP for help. An SMS opt-out applies to future texts even if the phone number later appears on another customer record; email can continue.
