Request terms
What you agree to when you send a ride request.
A request starts a review.
Sending a request does not reserve a driver or vehicle and does not confirm a ride. The driver reviews the route, requested time, passenger count, and service needs before deciding whether to send a quote.
You decide after the quote.
A quote states the proposed pickup time, fare, and the policies for that trip. A ride is confirmed only after you accept the quote, save a payment method through the payment provider, and availability is rechecked.
Give complete, accurate trip details.
Provide working contact information and disclose passenger count, luggage, child-seat, accessibility, pet, airport, and pickup needs that could affect whether the trip can be served safely. Contact the driver if a material detail changes.
Payment comes later.
No card is requested with the initial form. If a quote is sent, the secure acceptance page explains the card authorization, cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, and permitted pass-through terms before you accept.
